Anderson County Administrative Offices

This project included the renovation and adaptive use of the historic Anderson County courthouse, originally completed in 1897. The courthouse was converted into a county administrative office building. The 32,000 sf facility was provided with new HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems. Because of the historical significance some code exceptions were allowed; however, the facility was adapted to meet most ADA standards.
