Renovation and additions to a K-5, year round, magnet elementary school, to provide for a total area of 113,700 square feet and a maximum student population of 1,000. This school also has special facilities for English as a second language and social interactive programs.

Addition: 68,000 sf
The project will be accomplished in two major phases - Phase One will be the construction of the new addition, the Second Phase will be the renovation of the existing main building.
