The project consists of the adaptive use and renovation of the historic "Old Main", and the construction of new facilities for the Science and Mathematics program. Science wings include Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. The Mathematics wing includes the Computer laboratories and math classrooms. The total gross area of the complex is 108,000 square feet.
