Lexington County Judicial and Administrative Facilities Master Plan

The Master Plan is to be accomplished in four phases included facility programming, space utilization surveys, facilities analysis, site analysis, cost estimating, and schematic architectural design. The plan envisioned a new courthouse of approximately 85,000 square feet, administrative office space of 25,000 square feet, renovation of the existing courthouse for administrative office space and a parking deck for 120 cars.
