The scope of this project consisted of programming county needs through the year 2002, designing a facility to meet those needs, and administering the construction of this facility. The site was master planned for future expansion of buildings beyond the year 2020, with the location of the government center at the focus of the site. The facility contains 63,000 square feet of space and was completed under budget and on schedule.
